01Introduction

Please proceed with any booking through this website only if you have fully read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions laid out below by ASR Aviation [ASR]. These terms apply to all services offered by ASR, including but not limited to: Aerial Joyrides, Charter Planes, Helicopter Charters, Yachts, Air Ambulance, Hot Air Balloons, and other services availed either directly through ASR or via our authorized representatives. In case of a conflict between these general terms and any specific service-related conditions mentioned elsewhere on our website, the specific conditions shall prevail.

02Payment Terms

• Full payment is required in advance in INR for the confirmation of any booking.
• Payments can be made through available channels listed by ASR.
• The booking will be confirmed only after successful payment.
• Charges include costs for aircraft/yacht, crew, jetty (where applicable), and fuel.
• Any additional or incidental charges (e.g., food, beverages, transport of items) are to be borne by the customer.

03Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required to cover any damages or loss. This deposit must be paid at the time of booking and will be refunded after the event, post necessary deductions for any damages caused.

04Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All bookings are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-cancellable.
• ASR Aviation does not own or operate any aircraft, helicopters, yachts, or vehicles. ASR serves as an online/offline aggregator and booking facilitator.
• Any travel-related liability (delays, cancellations, accidents, injuries, etc.) rests solely with the third-party operator.
• Estimated timings and charges are based on standard conditions and are subject to change. Billing is based on actual usage from "chocks-on" to "chocks-off" (for air/water rides).
• Delays or cancellations due to government clearance, weather conditions, poor visibility, or unavailable time slots are not the responsibility of ASR.
• In the event of bad weather, technical error, or government delays, customers are eligible for free rescheduling, subject to availability.
• No refunds will be issued in such cases. Instead, the paid amount will be credited as a booking credit, valid for 90 days from the date of the original booking.
• Approved refunds (in case of applicable disputes) will be processed within 4–6 weeks of resolution.

05Check-In Guidelines

• All passengers must arrive at least 45 minutes before the scheduled departure.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory. International passengers must carry their passport.
• No parking is provided by ASR at the airport or port locations. Customers are responsible for their own parking.

06No Show Policy

• Entry gates close 45 minutes prior to departure. Late arrivals will be treated as No Show.
• No refunds or rescheduling will be possible for No Shows.
• Failure to carry original ID proof will result in denial of boarding, with no refund/rescheduling.

07Prohibited Entry

• Boarding will be denied if a passenger is under the influence of alcohol, sedatives, or in possession of weapons.
• Alcohol use aboard yachts/jetty rides requires written permission from both ASR and the relevant government authority.
• Boarding will be denied for any violation of airport/port/government regulations.

08Operational Regulations

• All flying and sailing services follow the Government of India's rules and regulations.
• Aerial photography is strictly prohibited as per Government norms.
• The route for Aerial Joyrides, Yachts, and Hot Air Balloons is determined by the respective Air or Water Traffic Control and may vary on the day.

09Jurisdiction

All legal matters and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court in India. ASR Aviation disclaims all implied warranties unless explicitly stated, in accordance with applicable laws.
